Support the creation and organization of Effició’s Alumni Group.
Join Effició’s Student Project Opportunities as an Alumni Engagement Specialist and take the lead in building and organizing our Alumni Group. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual interested in fostering professional connections. You’ll gain hands-on experience while contributing to impactful initiatives that strengthen relationships with our alumni network.
This is a project-based role designed to be completed over 3-6 months, depending on your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain Effició’s contact database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct outreach to past clients and colleagues to foster engagement and participation in the Alumni Group.
- Draft and coordinate communications introducing the Alumni Group and sharing updates about upcoming events and resources.
- Track engagement efforts and compile feedback to refine the group’s strategy.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a higher education or community college program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach via email and phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools (training provided for internal systems).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
