Marketing Specialist Part-Time (Charlotte NC)
Effició, Inc. is searching for a Marketing Specialist to plan and organize marketing, public relations, and media programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for Effició and our clients. The right candidate will be reliable, organized, and an independent self-starter.
This fast-paced position, requires flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, commitment, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a professional who can handle several projects at once, prioritize assignments, interface with clients, and function with minimal direction.
This position also supports the media brand by providing general administrative support, including invoice approval, handling internet radio and internet TV administrative duties, preparation of media/marketing client reports and schedules, inputting data into the media database, as well as telephone contact work.
We are looking for someone who can help us grow and expand, someone who is ready to build a career in marketing. Applicants should live in or commute to the Charlotte, NC area, must be able to work flexible hours as well as have the ability to work independently and remotely. Knowledge of social media and web applications is required. Knowledge of basic computer-based graphic design or web page development is a plus but not required.

Web Manager/Developer Part-time (Charlotte NC)
Effició, Inc. is searching for a web developer to plan and direct Effició’s web strategy designed to create and maintain a steady flow of clients and customers. The right candidate will be reliable, organized, and an independent self-starter. This is a newly-created position, requiring flexibility, commitment, and detail-oriented.
We are looking for a professional who can handle several projects at once, prioritize assignments, interface with clients, and function with minimal direction. The web developer will also be responsible for managing our web clients acquired through our Effició Marketing brand Tactical Growth. Duties include creating new web pages, and updating, testing, and maintaining the company websites with current and accurate information.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This person must be able to respond to content and network-related issues, both internally and externally.
This position requires a minimum of three years in a web development/design role with experience in graphics, multimedia, and site management. Must be proficient in HTML, XHTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver is a must, Illustrator would be a plus. Experience with WordPress implementation, configuration, and theme customization is required, as well as experience with simple audio/video editing applications.

Research Analyst
Our researcher will gather research articles about business topics that ambitious industry-savvy leaders need to know about. We are looking for an analytical, highly detailed professional who excels at working independently. The ideal candidate is adept at working in online databases, has a passion for finding answers, and enjoys focusing on the details.
Key responsibilities include:
- Online review of academic and business research journals
- Categorization and organization of research sources and articles based on our business model
- Researching business-specific trends, analysis, and tools
- Assisting with the development of improved internal research-related processes
- Create research summaries of research methods and findings
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience researching and writing about current trends in academic and practitioner research, or a current Ph.D. Candidate at an accredited university.
- Ability to respond to content pivots quickly while meeting strict deadlines.
- Obsessive attention to detail and proficient at producing high-quality work on a timely basis.
- Open-minded and a healthy attitude regarding any level task—high or low.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are A MUST.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
