Effició, Inc. is seeking experienced Facilitators and Strategists to join our CORE24 Education Teams as independent contractors. These roles are integral to the success of CORE24, Effició’s premier 24-month educational program for company leaders. As a member of the Education Team, you will work directly with CORE24 cohorts, delivering advanced business education and strategic guidance that aligns with our mission to help leaders build sustainable and scalable businesses.
We are looking for professionals with a blend of intellectual rigor, interpersonal skills, and practical business expertise who can guide clients through transformative learning experiences. These positions are ideal for those passionate about teaching, facilitating, and mentoring at a high level of sophistication.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive, in-depth sessions for CORE24 cohorts, using Effició’s proprietary curriculum and frameworks.
- Collaborate with other Education Team members to provide strategic guidance and personalized support to cohort participants.
- Engage participants in problem-solving, critical thinking, and practical application of advanced business concepts.
- Prepare for and lead roundtables, discussions, and educational events tailored to CORE24 participants’ unique needs and challenges.
- Provide feedback and input on curriculum updates and program development to ensure CORE24 remains relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business education, facilitation, or strategy consulting, particularly with CEOs and business leaders.
- Expertise in one or more core business areas: strategy, finance, operations, marketing, technology, or human capital.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- PhD or advanced degree in a related field is a plus, though not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while independently managing session preparation and delivery.
