In 2003, Effició took a significant step in solidifying its digital footprint with the launch of our first branded website. This pivotal development marked an important chapter in our history, establishing a more substantial online presence and showcasing our evolving brand identity.
Building Our Digital Foundation
Our CEO began experimenting with web design as early as 1996/97, understanding the critical importance of online real estate in the digital age. However, creating a fully branded site came with challenges. The initial $5,000 investment was a major hurdle, and our first website didn’t yet reflect our iconic red and black color scheme.
Faced with the complexities of early digital marketing strategies—like SEO, tagging, linking, and pay-per-click advertising—our CEO took control, learning the necessary skills and working with skilled professionals to develop our first branded website. Built-in Flash, this site was well-received for its engaging user experience and innovative design. As we look back on the design, web strategies have evolved significantly.
