1. Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
Yes, we accept orders from anywhere in the world. Please note, however, that everything must be payable in U.S. Funds. If you pay with your credit card, it will automatically charge in U.S. Funds.
If you order by money order, it must be sent in U.S. Funds.
Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks from customers OUTSIDE of the United States.
2. I live outside the United States. How can I figure out how much it will cost me in my country’s currency, so I can determine whether or not the exchange rate is good at this time?
Simple. Use this nifty currency calculator, compliments of Bankrate: https://www.bankrate.com/calculators/investing/currencycalc.aspxrrcalc.html.
3. Do you accept Pay Pal for payments?
Yes for some products. It will be listed on the checkout screen as a choice under payment if available.
4. Your system won’t accept my credit card number. How come?
Be sure you’re not including any spaces or dashes in your credit card number. The system will not allow it.
5. Your system won’t accept my name and/or address. Why not?
Your name and billing address MUST match the name and billing address that appears on your credit card statement exactly, or the system will not accept it.
6. Why do you need an address if I order a Digital product?
In order to authorize your credit card, our system needs address verification. So, please be sure to always enter your full billing address.
7. When I go to your ordering page, I don’t see the secure padlock that is supposed to verify that this is a secure ordering process.
You will not see the secure lock UNTIL you get to the page where you enter your credit card information. That is the secure page, and you’ll see the padlock in the lower right-hand corner of your screen and/or to the left of the web address in the address bar at the top.
8. Will I receive a confirmation when I place my order online?
If you ordered online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after you place your order.
9. How long does it take to receive my order?
–Learning Events and Memberships
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes detailing the workshop registered including instructions if any.
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes detailing the specifics of how to access services purchased including instructions if any.
–Digital product orders
You will receive an e-mail detailing downloading instructions within minutes. You’ll then be able to download the product to your computer and begin using it immediately.
–Physical Product Orders
You will receive your package within 5-10 business days or if international 10-15 business days unless otherwise noted.
10. I’m not familiar with how you’re online ordering system works. Can you walk me through it step by step?
STEP 1: When you go to our ordering page, simply scroll down, find the item you wish to add to your shopping cart, and click the PURCHASE NOW OR REGISTER links.
If you’d like to continue shopping, go to STEP 2.
STEP 2: To continue shopping, click CONTINUE SHOPPING. You will then be asked if you’d like to continue shopping.
Continue using this process to add more items to your cart until you’re ready to check out.
STEP 3: When you’re finished shopping, verify that your items and item quantities are correct. Then click CHECK OUT.
STEP 4: You’ll now be prompted to proceed with payment and billing information.
STEP 5: Complete the order form. No PO Boxes for shipping address may be used. To order online, click Place Order Now at the bottom of the page. To order by phone or mail, print the order form and call (866) 934-2673. Or, mail your check to Effició, Inc. 210 Delburg Street, Davidson, NC 28036.

You’ll then be able to print out your order form by fax or mail. **This method only applies to products only. Learning Events and Memberships must be paid online by credit card unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery: Currently all products except for the CORE program are in digital format, downloading instructions will be e-mailed to you instantly once purchased. You can view details about product delivery and service delivery below.

Digital Products are available instantly as a download file via your computer in PDF, MS Office, and/or MP3 File formats. Shipping and taxes do not apply to our digital products. We package our digital products as Zip files since they can be large.

Quick tips about downloading Effició products:
Each product is varied in file size, therefore, your download time will depend on your internet download speed, so be patient. Product file size ranges from 1.0 MB to 100 MB, they are full of comprehensive content! Some products are Word Templates that you can print out or fill in electronically. You will see gray boxes in the document, this is where you will fill in your information. Once printed you will not see the gray boxes. Sometimes downloads can get stuck depending on your system. If so, just cancel and start the process again. It should fix the problem.
Physical products are printed pages and/or MP3 files packaged and shipped directly to your business or home. Shipping and taxes apply to any physical products unless otherwise indicated. Shipping time will be indicated for each product, the average is 5-10 business days. For international shipping, additional costs and time will apply.
